LSO-Suite was built by a small startup based in Portugal.
The idea came from the need for professional sales that would provide a constant high level support to the customer of the retail.
The founder used to own a drinks shop in Israel and encountered many difficulties in hiring, training and ensuring that premium level of service that the customers are entitled to. He noticed that customers where treated differently by different salespersons and when the shifts changed the danger of losing a customer was high due to the expectation of the customer for the service that caused them to come back again. The loyalty program was one of the most dominant tools that allowed the possibility to maintain the customers coming back for more.
From there the idea was born in the year 2006 and since then it was polished and improved conceptually and technically to the solution it is today.
The vision is to bring the same level of service as customer and knowledge that the customers get for the neighborhood corner shop to all modern retails.
